Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Merchandising Lead to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Merchandising Lead, you will be responsible for providing exceptional member service by acknowledging and identifying member needs, providing guidance and support, and promoting the company's products and services.

You will also assist management with supervising associates, assigning duties, communicating goals and feedback, and training associates on processes and procedures. Additionally, you will receive and stock supplies and merchandise from distribution centers and vendors, and maintain the safety of the facility according to company policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing member service by acknowledging and identifying member needs
  • Assisting management with supervising associates
  • Receiving and stocking supplies and merchandise
  • Maintaining the safety of the facility

Requirements:

  • 6 months retail experience and 6 months customer service experience
  • Leading a team and supervising experience
