Job Description:

As a Senior Culinary Specialist at the Good Samaritan Society, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to patients, residents, staff, and visitors. You will work in a fast-paced culinary environment, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards of appearance, taste, temperature, and sanitation. This role requires excellent communication and teamwork skills, as you will work closely with internal customers to meet their needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of six months of applicable experience
  • Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions
  • Basic math skills
  • Knowledge of Hazardous Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines
  • Certification in food safety and sanitation processes
