Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate regulated maintenance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Track and manage equipment used in regulated studies, including development and recommendation of maintenance intervals and coordination of due dates.
  • Schedule routine and unscheduled maintenance services on complex laboratory instrumentation.
  • Manage hand receipt documentation and interface with equipment custodians and study directors.
  • Assist with technical research and vendor sourcing for medical device and medical device system equipment and services.
  • Review and facilitate regulated equipment maintenance checklists and SOPs, ensuring all documentation requirements are met.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, both orally and in writing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
  • Minimum five years of related experience, including experience as a lead, scheduling work, and/or overseeing and mentoring technical work of others.
  • Experience performing biomedical equipment maintenance, repair, and maintenance cycles on military medical equipment.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and possess a T3 (National Agency Check with Inquiries) clearance.
  • Must be able to pass BPRP requirements and enroll in BPRP program.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Military experience desired.
