Clinical Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Practitioner to join our team as an Infusion Specialist. In this role, you will provide patient care within your scope of practice in the clinical setting, ensuring high-quality outcomes and excellent patient satisfaction.
About the Role- You will administer ordered therapies according to prescriber orders, facility protocols, INS standards, and company policies and procedures.
- You will complete admission processes as directed by the Center Director.
- You will perform physical assessments on patients as warranted, including new consults based on patient diagnosis.
As a Clinical Nurse Practitioner - Infusion Specialist, your key responsibilities include:
- Administering prescribed therapies to patients in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
- Conducting thorough physical assessments of patients to identify potential health risks or issues.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress.
- Communicating effectively with healthcare teams, patients, and family members to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences.
- You must hold an MS in Nursing and have a minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, or any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent background.
- You should possess active, valid, and unrestricted NP licensure to practice as a healthcare professional within the applicable state.
- A current, active, and valid Family Nurse Practitioner Certification is also required.
- Prior experience in healthcare settings, particularly with IV administration, is highly desirable.
- Port, PICC, and peripheral line management skills are preferred.
- Medication mixing and titration experience would be an asset.
