About the Role

Palantir Technologies is seeking a skilled US Government Law Attorney to join our team. As a key member of our legal team, you will work closely with our business teams to proactively address legal issues and ensure that Palantir continues to drive positive impact across the world.

Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex public policy challenges and to be part of a fast-paced, mission-oriented company. As a US Government Law Attorney, you will be responsible for providing advice and counsel in support of Palantir's business goals, drafting and negotiating contracts and license agreements, and advising on product development issues, compliance, intellectual property rights, data privacy, and more.

Responsibilities

  • Understand Palantir's relationship with its US government customers and provide advice and counsel in support of Palantir's business goals.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts and license agreements.
  • Advise on product development issues, compliance, intellectual property rights, data privacy, conflicts of interest, and more.
  • Develop and implement strategies to manage and resolve government inquiries.
  • Exercise initiative and creativity in solving challenges.

Requirements

  • J.D. degree and 3+ years of firm, in-house, or government experience (a combination is even better).

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary range of $135,000 - $200,000/year.
  • Total compensation may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus, and other potential future incentives.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as voluntary life insurance.
  • A supportive leave of absence program, including time off for military service and medical events.
  • 10 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
