Admissions Sales Representative

At The Medical Institute of Kentucky, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Education Consultant to join our team. As an Education Consultant, you will play a critical role in recruiting prospective students to enroll in our programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual recruitment goals.
- Obtain expert product knowledge in all TMIKY educational courses, programs, and certifications.
- Responsible for three or more hours of student talk time per day.
- Ability to be customer-centric by ensuring each prospective student has his/her needs met while developing and building collaborative relationships.
- Ability to uncover the needs, desires, and strengths of prospective students and help them select a program that best matches those requirements.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, admissions, or healthcare recruiting.
- Inside Phone Sales Experience- Minimum 2 years High Volume.
- Experience with CRM software is required.
Working Environment:
- This is a flex schedule position with the possibility of 5 days a week.
- Participating in an Office setting and/or Zoom virtual office environment.
