Nurse Practitioner

• Provide nursing care for patients with common, well-defined health problems, utilizing the nursing process to ensure safe and effective care.
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to implement patient care plans, adhering to Joint Commission, Federal, and State regulations, as well as Oceans' Mission, policies, and procedures.
• Deliver accurate and thorough documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes, effectively communicating with other healthcare members.
• Implement nursing care interventions, perform procedures, and administer medications as prescribed by physicians, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current licensure and certification.
• Experience in psychiatric or mental health settings, with a focus on providing high-quality care to patients with complex needs.
