Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on all equipment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment, chillers, boilers, HVAC systems, and other mechanical systems.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve maintenance processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician preferred.
  • HVAC journeyman or 2 years of HVAC experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of previous experience working in a trade industry as an Electrical, Mechanical Maintenance Technician.
  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
  • Strong computer, math, analytical, and planning skills.
