About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pediatric Learning Specialist to join our team in the greater Cleveland area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and testing for students across various grade levels, providing valuable insights for individualized education plans.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to design and implement effective strategies for academic growth and development.
  • Develop and deliver targeted interventions, including individual and group counseling sessions, to address emotional, developmental, and behavioral challenges.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, School Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
  • Prior experience working with children or pediatric populations in a school setting is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team is critical.
