About the Role

We are seeking a caring and dependable individual to join our team as a Home Health Aide in the Cedar Park area. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients.

As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing personal care assistance to our clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also assist with daily living activities such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry. Additionally, you will observe, report, and document daily tasks following the client's plan of care.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) for clients who require support at home
  • Provide personal care assistance with showering/bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist with instrumental activities of daily living to include light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
  • Observe, report, and document daily tasks following the client's plan of care
  • Escalate any unusual incidents, behaviors, or changes in status immediately to the Agency Supervisor and Manager
  • Provide socialization and companionship to clients to improve their quality of life

Requirements:

  • Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting
  • Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
  • Valid driver's license or reliable transportation
  • Preferred: willingness to work different shifts, including nights and/or weekends
  • Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment (one year preferred)
  • Ability to understand the written plan of care and all associated tasks for assigned shifts
  • High School Diploma, active CNA license or experience as a Caregiver
  • Demonstrated competency with durable medical equipment specific to individual client's needs

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
