• Sell products by presenting backend deals and educating customers on our dealership's offerings to protect their investment
• Partner with the Sales Manager to run a high-performing sales department, assisting in lead conversion, staff training, and customer throughput
• Evaluate and ensure deals comply with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with lenders and office personnel to facilitate deal funding
• Maintain professional ethics and morals, setting an example for the team

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager, Finance Manager, or Floor Manager
• Able to assist the Sales Manager in running the department, increasing total departmental gross profit, and volume
• Previous management experience is required
• Used car and lead conversion experience is highly valued
• Exceptional sales skills are essential
• Strong leadership skills are necessary
• A valid U.S. driver's license is required
