The MRG Exams organization is seeking a highly skilled Audiologist to conduct medical assessments for Veterans as part of the VA's disability benefits process. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of those who have served their country.

Job Summary

This full-time, in-person position involves reviewing medical records and performing specific audiometric tests without prescribing treatments. The successful candidate will assess an average of 3-6 Veterans per day, providing high-quality care and support in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive medical assessments for Veterans using Maryland CNC Test and Puretone Audiometric tests
  • Complete Disability Benefits Questionnaires (DBQs) in the computer portal to provide medical evidence for the VA's decision-making process
  • Review and assess medical records to ensure accurate and timely completion of assessments
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to provide exceptional patient care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • An Au.D degree from an ASHA Accredited school
  • A current license as an Audiologist
  • Meets the credentialing requirements set forth by the VA

Schedule and Work Environment

This is a full-time, in-person position with no evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts. You will work in a professional office environment with state-of-the-art equipment and technology.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 per year
