Salary
The compensation package for this role includes a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $200,000, depending on experience and performance.
Job Description
This role involves conducting in-home sales consultations focused on HVAC, comfort, and efficiency. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, technical competence, and the ability to work effectively with customers. Key responsibilities include presenting HVAC system replacement options, financing options, and learning the One Hour sales system and ethical practices.
Operations
The individual in this position will be responsible for developing proposals and contracts for residential service agreements, positively influencing service strategies with homeowners, and effectively writing and presenting proposals. Additionally, they will negotiate value, address resistance, and close sales while maintaining a professional image at all times.
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent, 3 years of in-home sales experience, and a clean driving record. Strong relationship building skills, client-driven and disciplined approach, and knowledge of HVAC field concepts, practices, best practices, procedures, tools, and equipment are also essential.
