Job Summary:

Restore First Health is seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our advanced therapy wound team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and delivering wound healing services to patients in Kansas and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough health assessments, including medical and psychosocial history, to inform treatment plans
Record patient symptoms and physical examinations to diagnose and treat wound conditions
Perform advanced wound care therapy, including sharp debridement and amniotic allograft placement, to promote healing
Collaborate with healthcare providers to deliver best outcomes for patients
Order and interpret lab and diagnostic testing to inform treatment decisions
Participate in the development of clinical and quality policies to improve patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Kansas
Advanced Wound Care Certification preferred
Advanced Wound Debridement Certification preferred
Master's Degree preferred
Current CPR Certification

Work Environment:

The work environment is dynamic, with a focus on providing exceptional patient care. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including patient residences and skilled nursing facilities. You will be required to travel throughout the Salina to Hutchinson areas of Kansas and collaborate with various partners of the Patient Care Team to deliver patient care.
