Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary with an estimated average income of $875-$1,200 per week, based on guaranteed weekly base compensation and commissions earned for qualifying representatives.

Job Summary

The Lawn Care Specialist will be responsible for helping new and existing customers find the right lawn care maintenance plans, both at their homes and by phone. This role requires excellent communication skills, a focus on customer satisfaction, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with customers to discuss their lawn care needs and provide recommendations
  • Conduct site visits to assess lawn conditions and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement customized lawn care plans to meet customer goals and budgets
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including sales calls and site visits
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless delivery of lawn care services

Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the lawn care or landscaping industry
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying weather conditions
