Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing demand forecasting models to improve accuracy and reduce costs
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address demand-related issues
- Leading the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
- Providing analytical insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform business decisions
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including sales and operations teams
- Minimizing excess and obsolete inventory while mitigating out-of-stocks and supply chain disruptions
- Utilizing supply chain tools to their maximum capability and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, demand planning, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in demand planning, supply chain optimization, and business growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business data and trends
