Job Summary

As a Network Demand Manager at Ken's Foods, you will be responsible for developing effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns. Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing demand forecasting models to improve accuracy and reduce costs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and address demand-related issues
  • Leading the development and implementation of supply chain strategies to drive business growth and improve efficiency
  • Providing analytical insights and recommendations to senior leadership to inform business decisions
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including sales and operations teams
  • Minimizing excess and obsolete inventory while mitigating out-of-stocks and supply chain disruptions
  • Utilizing supply chain tools to their maximum capability and staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5-7 years of experience in supply chain management, demand planning, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in demand planning, supply chain optimization, and business growth
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business data and trends
