About the Role

This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated professional who can independently generate leads and build strong relationships with clients while benefiting from internal support services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate your own business leads and ensure a seamless loan experience for your clients from start to finish.
  • Assess clients' financial situations to recommend suitable mortgage products that meet their needs.
  • Guide clients through the loan process, explaining terms and loan options in detail.
  • Assist clients with accurate and compliant loan applications.
  • Collaborate with internal processing and underwriting teams to facilitate efficient and timely loan approvals.
  • Maintain current knowledge of mortgage products, industry regulations, and market trends to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Foster strong client relationships with a focus on long-term retention and satisfaction.
  • Comply with all federal, state, and company regulations and policies.
  • Manage a pipeline of applications, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and customer needs.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in mortgage lending or financial services.
  • Active MLO license in at least one state; multi-state licensing is a plus.
  • A high school diploma is required; a college degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage self-generated leads.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Solid understanding of mortgage products, loan structures, and regulatory requirements.
Estimated Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and performance.
