Veterinary Receptionist

• Greet clients and their pets, complete the appointment sign-in process, and escort clients to the exam room.
• Assist clients with check-out, including processing payments and setting future appointments.
• Answer phone calls from clients, respond to their inquiries, and make outbound calls to remind clients of upcoming appointments.
• Understand common vaccination protocols, basic lab tests, and veterinary terminology.
• Assist with cleanliness and maintenance of the hospital to ensure a great client experience.
