About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Anatomic and Clinical Pathologist to join our team at HCA Florida Fort Walton-Destin Hospital. As a key member of our pathology department, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely diagnoses to patients and physicians.
Responsibilities
- Perform and interpret laboratory tests, including histopathology and cytopathology
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in pathology
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Requirements
- Board certification in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology
- Florida medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
