Requirements:
  • 3+ years of construction trade, and/or facilities maintenance experience
  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Experience in general carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, and building system installations
  • Experience with computer programs, including Microsoft Office and Building Automation Systems
