Job Summary
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing residents' needs, developing individualized care plans, administering nursing care, evaluating care, and supervising nursing assistants and other personnel. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Assess residents' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness
- Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of employment
- CPR certification
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
