Flex Merchandising Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our retail merchandising team as a Flex Merchandising Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our retail partners' stores are visually appealing and stocked with the latest products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct product audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory
• Install and maintain store fixtures and displays
• Stock and replenish products on store shelves
• Perform visual merchandising tasks to enhance store appearance
• Collaborate with store staff to ensure seamless execution of merchandising tasks

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods
• Reliable transportation and smartphone access for reporting and photo capture
