We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Technician. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our software
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- Document and track customer interactions and issues
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical advancements
Requirements:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
