Family Practice Physician Job Description

At The Inline Group, we seek a dedicated and compassionate Family Practice Physician to join our healthcare team. As a Family Practice Physician, you will provide comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages, from infants to seniors. Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide routine check-ups, health screenings, and preventive care to patients.
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions.
  • Order and interpret laboratory tests, X-rays, and other diagnostic imaging.
  • Prescribe medications and other treatments as necessary.
  • Consult with specialists when needed.
  • Document patient medical history, diagnoses, and treatments in electronic medical records.

Additional Information:

We offer supplemental compensation to providers who agree to work at our outlying clinics in South County. This includes Gonzales with a 15% increase, Soledad with a 15% increase, Greenfield with a 15% increase, and King City with a 20% increase.
