Job Title: Assistant Director of Olympic Sports Performance Nutrition

Job Summary:

Penn State University is seeking an Assistant Director of Olympic Sports Performance Nutrition to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nutrition support to our Olympic sport student-athletes, including fueling, hydration, and nutrition education.

Responsibilities:

* Provide nutrition support to Olympic sport student-athletes, including fueling, hydration, and nutrition education
* Collaborate with the sports performance team to develop and implement nutrition plans for student-athletes
* Conduct nutrition assessments and provide recommendations to student-athletes
* Develop and implement nutrition education programs for student-athletes and coaches
* Collaborate with food service to develop and implement nutritionally balanced meal plans for student-athletes

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field
* Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification
* 1 year of experience in sports nutrition or a related field
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
