About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team at SolutionHealth. As a Medical Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and will play a critical role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front Desk Operations: Greet patients, answer incoming telephone calls, and provide general information to patients and visitors.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, enter and track referrals, and coordinate with internal and external customers to ensure seamless communication.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and indexing documentation.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in a customer service position preferred.
  • Skills: Knowledge of reception tasks, clinic policies and procedures, and paperwork.
