Job Title: Residential Care Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Residential Care Specialist to join our team at Family & Community Services, Inc. This role is responsible for overseeing residents in a halfway house setting, maintaining a therapeutic drug-free environment, and ensuring compliance with relevant rules and regulations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee residents in a halfway house setting to ensure their safety and well-being
• Develop and implement treatment plans that meet individual resident needs
• Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to achieve goals and objectives
• Provide crisis intervention and consultation services as needed
• Ensure compliance with F&CS, Ohio MHAS, and COA standards

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., social work, counseling)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential care or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of F&CS, Ohio MHAS, and COA standards

Salary and Benefits:
• Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
