The Ardmore Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of People and Culture to lead our Human Resources and Workforce Development Department. As a key member of our leadership team, this role will play a critical part in shaping the future of our organization.

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven leader with a proven track record of success in human resources management. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience leading HR functions, including compensation, benefits, employee relations, and recruiting. A minimum of 7-10 years of management experience overseeing an HR team of at least three FTEs is also required.

The successful candidate will possess a Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or a related field and hold relevant certifications such as PHR and/or SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP. Change management experience and HRIS expertise, preferably in UltiPro/UKG, are also essential qualifications for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic direction and oversight to the Human Resources and Workforce Development Department, ensuring alignment with our organizational strategy and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Instill a culture that advances Ardmore's mission and values, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages employee engagement and growth.
  • Oversight of the HR and Workforce Department team, collaborating with the Director of People and Culture to supervise and lead the HR Manager, HRIS Administrator, Benefits Coordinator, Training Manager, and Recruiter.
  • Identify challenges and opportunities, proactively addressing them to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Build future bench and upscaling capabilities through the development of top talent and strategic hires, incorporating Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) into our talent acquisition strategy.
  • Develop and monitor internal HR department goals to promote a positive staff culture, enhance staff engagement, and support staff development.
  • Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs, providing recommendations to establish competitive programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with the training department to develop employee training programs to meet regulatory requirements, enhance operations, and provide meaningful employee professional development.
Requirements

A minimum of 15 years' experience leading the human resource's function, including compensation, benefits, 403b plan administration, employee relations, and recruiting.

A minimum of 7-10 years management/supervision of an HR team of at least three (3) FTEs (Full Time Equivalent).

Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related discipline.

PHR and/or SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP Certification.

Change Management experience.

HRIS Expertise, preferably UltiPro/UKG.
