Workforce Absence Operations Manager

Job Summary
Sedgwick Claims Management Services seeks a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Workforce Absence Team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising multiple teams of examiners and technical staff, ensuring the efficient processing of disability claims for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor the workload of team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Monitor individual claim activities and provide technical and jurisdictional direction as required.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless claim processing and excellent client service.
Requirements
- Proven leadership and management experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
