Database Expert for Enterprise IT Systems

We prioritize our employees as our number one resource and seek a skilled Intermediate Database Administrator to join our team at Fort Huachuca, AZ. The successful candidate will support the RCC-C, which provides cutting-edge technology in an enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate for this database administration position will become part of a customer-focused team responsible for maintaining and documenting database components supporting critical information systems and enterprise end users.

• Maintenance and documentation of database components supporting critical information systems and enterprise end users.
• Ensuring databases operate at peak performance, with integrity, and are as secure as possible.
• Applying Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG's) to track DB security compliance and troubleshoot issues.
• Documenting processes for DB optimizations, troubleshooting, and new builds.
• Adapting to changing environments, displaying initiative, good judgment, and a positive attitude.
• Performing other duties as assigned by management.

• Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain Interim Secret eligibility.
• High school diploma + 4 years of experience or Associate's degree + 2 years of similar experience.
• IAT II certification (CCNA-Security, CND, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, or SSCP) is required.
• Microsoft SQL Server or other related database certifications within 180 days of start date.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrating initiative and being results-oriented with flexibility and tenacity.
• Ability to adjust priorities to reflect changing circumstances.
• Strong dedication to provide quality customer service.

• A competitive salary range between $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
• Fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
• May require periods of non-traditional working hours, including evenings or weekends.
• Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
