Restaurant Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our team at Cooper Connect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver operational excellence through all areas of BOH to ensure remarkable food quality
  • Build high-performance teams and identify leaders for Back of House
  • Manage a team of 50+, creating an inspiring vision and coaching to high standards
  • Implement procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, and manage lean inventory systems
  • Maintain a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
  • Work cross-functionally with other department leaders to increase overall restaurant results

Requirements:

  • 1 year of Restaurant Management experience
  • Basic understanding of kitchen operations
  • Hospitality experience (preferred)
