As a Sales Associate at Madewell, you'll play a vital role in driving business growth by exceeding selling and service expectations. You'll also contribute to an engaging customer experience through collaborative teamwork, store tasks, and providing feedback to management.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Complete product training, utilize product knowledge tools, participate in fit sessions, and apply these skills to provide outstanding customer experiences.
  • Assist with store tasks to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Share insights, ideas, and feedback with the management team to drive business growth.
  • Maintain a work environment that aligns with our values.

Requirements:

  • You'll be successful in this role if you have a strong passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail.
  • You should be flexible, able to adapt to changing situations, and willing to go above and beyond to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • You'll need to maintain a positive attitude, build productive relationships with colleagues, and demonstrate respect for everyone on the team.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, available to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and able to lift up to 40 pounds.

**Estimated Salary:** $16.00 - $22.75 per hour
