Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Energy Efficiency Outreach Account Manager to join our team at TRC Companies. As a key member of our outreach team, you will be responsible for executing outreach plans, engaging with stakeholders, and developing and executing outreach campaigns to promote energy efficiency programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute against established outreach plans to promote energy efficiency programs
  • Engage with customers and contractors to promote energy savings opportunities
  • Develop and execute outreach campaigns to engage various sectors and markets
  • Provide sector intelligence by analyzing trends and summarizing data within given markets
  • Identify outreach opportunities by ascertaining customer requirements and analyzing how the program can reach customers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in sustainability, business, engineering, computer science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience implementing outreach strategies in the energy efficiency sector or a related field
  • New Jersey residency is required
  • Valid US driver's license
  • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
