The Barback plays a crucial role in ensuring that the bartender has all necessary supplies and equipment readily available, thereby enhancing the overall guest experience in the Concessions setting.

Key Responsibilities:


The Barback is tasked with ensuring that the bar is well-stocked and organized, facilitating seamless service for guests.


  • Daily stocking of bar supplies and maintaining ice levels as required.
  • Proactively anticipate the needs of the bar staff throughout the shift.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
  • Arrive punctually and prepared to commence work at the scheduled time.
  • Familiarize yourself with the work area and set up as instructed.
  • Adhere to the operational standards as outlined in the policy and procedure manual.
  • Ensure high-quality service is consistently delivered.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be at least 21 years old.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to uphold company service standards.
  • Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation, service standards, and guest relations.
  • Capability to multitask in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English to communicate with guests.
  • Physical ability to lift and transport items weighing between 10-30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability to work during all events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must possess sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks, including reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods.
  • Two to three years of experience in a fast-paced bar, upscale club, or restaurant setting is preferred.
Adhere to safe work practices, comply with all safety policies and procedures, and complete required safety training.

Compensation:
$16.28/hr. AEG offers a comprehensive benefits package to eligible employees, including retirement savings plans such as 401(k). Part-time and seasonal employee benefits eligibility may be subject to legal and company requirements.
