Cafeteria Supervisor

The Cafeteria Supervisor - Student Safety Specialist is responsible for maintaining a safe and orderly environment in the cafeteria during lunch services.

• Supervise students in the cafeteria to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Monitor and control noise levels to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
• Monitor and control student behavior, referring any disciplinary issues to appropriate personnel as needed.
• Assist students with opening containers and packages, and help with cleaning up individual areas.
• Sweep floors to maintain cleanliness and prevent falls.
• Monitor floors for spills and clean up immediately.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children in educational, volunteer, or employment settings.
• Ability to work outside in various weather conditions.

Working Conditions:

This role may require physical demands, including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking and standing. Uniforms and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
