Accounting Administrator Job Description

Edwards, Inc. is a leading industrial contractor offering a range of services, including crane rental, specialty fabrication, and construction. We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting Administrator to join our team in Greenville, NC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform accounting functions, including bank reconciliation, sales and use tax, and general ledger entries.
  • Assist with billing functions and prepare financial reports.
  • Support payroll processing and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-year accounting degree and relevant experience.
  • Strong bookkeeping skills and familiarity with accounts receivable and payroll.
  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to safety.
  • Valid driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Access).
  • Familiarity with Eclipse - Construction Management Software and NC DOR and IRS websites.
