Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in Boston. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide detailed, reliable, and timely solutions to client inquiries and internal requests
  • Establish and maintain relationships with chefs, managers, and hospitality staff to develop a strong network
  • Anticipate and proactively address difficult situations, finding solutions that meet client needs and align with La Colombe's resources
  • Implement strategies to grow business by introducing new products, improving quality, and collaborating on marketing efforts
  • Use data resources to track potential churned accounts and identify opportunities for growth
Requirements:
  • 5 years of experience in the hospitality, foodservice, or specialty coffee industry
  • Proven track record of success in a professional career
  • Positive and professional interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong social skills, ability to get along with all levels of internal and external contacts
  • Ability to work occasional nontraditional hours and travel locally and regionally
