We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Energy Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an Energy Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across the country, resolving support issues, selling new products and services, and ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide courteous, timely, and professional customer service via phone, email, and chat
  • Analyze customer needs and resolve issues through problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Utilize knowledge base and training to accurately answer customer questions and sell appropriate products and services
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Adhere to all attendance and work schedule requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or certification preferred
