Compensation PackageWe are offering a competitive salary range of $40 per hour for this part-time day position. Our comprehensive compensation package includes:

This RNAC position at Frederick Living involves supporting our mission through various responsibilities:
- Compliance with federal and state regulations regarding the completion and coordination of the RAI process
- Monitoring MDS and care plan documentation for all residents
- Ensuring accurate documentation is present in the medical record to support MDS coding
- Maintaining current MDS status of assigned residents according to state and federal guidelines
- Scheduling and tracking MDS deadlines
- Accurate data entry of resident information into computerized MDS programs
- Coding of MDS with information obtained from medical records, observations, and interviews with staff, residents, and family members
- Participation in interdisciplinary team meetings and corporate compliance meetings
- Ongoing knowledge updates related to data entry, technology, and RAI changes
- Electronic submission of required documentation to the state database
- Responsible for completing and submitting CMI
- Issuing Medicare A and insurance cut letters
- Issuing SNF ABNs
- Providing updates to insurance case managers
- Rotating call coverage
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
- A registered nurse license in Pennsylvania with experience as an RNAC preferred
- Strong knowledge of nursing processes and care planning
