Front Desk Team Lead

Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at White Lodging. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service to guests, anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
- Lead by example, ensuring Front Desk staff meet brand standards and deliver exceptional service.
- Supervise and mentor Front Desk staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Assist in training new associates and cross-training existing staff to ensure a high level of service delivery.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- A positive attitude and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Hospitality experience preferred.
