We're on a mission to put the world on vacation at Wyndham Destinations. Our Vacation Ownership business line includes Club Wyndham, WorldMark by Wyndham, Margaritaville Vacation Club, Accor Vacation Club, and Sports Illustrated Resorts.

As a Guest Services Associate, you'll play a vital role in making our guests' vacations memorable from registration to checkout. Your warm welcome, excellent service, and contagious smile will shine through in everything you do, from sharing information about the resort and nearby attractions to providing room rate quotes and confirming reservations.

You'll bring smiles to our guests from around the world by providing exceptional hospitality services. Some of your key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming guests with a smile: Provide a warm and friendly greeting to make our guests feel at home.
  • Registration process guide: Guide guests through the registration process, issue unit keys, and provide information about the resort and area attractions.
  • Cash handling and transactions: Process cash and credit card transactions strictly following established procedures, balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and complete other cashier/money handling responsibilities.
  • Checkout procedures: Complete all check-out procedures and verify that the correct charges and credits are reflected in guest folios.
  • Reservations and inquiries: Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and/or groups, provide guests with room rate quotes, and respond to guest inquiries and concerns as quickly and completely as possible.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Professional appearance and attitude: Maintain a professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude at all times.
  • Excellent communication skills: Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and understand English.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills and knowledge: Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.
  • Attention to detail: Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • Computer and office skills: Basic computer and office skills.
