Job Overview

Busek Co. Inc. is a leading provider of propulsion thruster solutions for space exploration. We are seeking an experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, assemble, and test space-related electronic systems in collaboration with senior engineers.
  • Create electrical schematics and PCB layouts using Altium Designer or similar software.
  • Test and troubleshoot electrical boards, ensuring high-quality products that meet customer requirements.
  • Document and analyze test results, providing actionable insights for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with diagnostic tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters) and circuit simulations (LTSpice or similar).
  • Experience with PCB design, prototyping, and hands-on experience with power supplies and soldering.
  • Familiarity with DC-DC converter design, including various topologies, and background in analog, digital, and mixed-signal design.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
