Job Title: Automotive Lead Technician

Join Bridgestone Americas, a leading tire and automotive services company, as an Automotive Lead Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex automotive issues, leading a team of technicians, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and repair brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems.
  • Lead a team of technicians in performing technical activities and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through continuous paid formal training.
  • Communicate technical information to non-technical people and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of automotive repair experience, completion of Vocational-Technical School program in a related field, or demonstrated skills via third-party certificates/assessment.
  • A.S.E. certification in at least 3 (three) of A1-A8 is required.
  • Current Federal, State, and Local certification/license where applicable.
  • Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people and reading, writing, and math skills.
