  • Key Responsibilities
  • Be available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. Ensure compliance with daily operational procedures by the Food and Beverage Department.
  • Maintain food and beverage safety and quality based on hotel and franchise specifications.
  • Ensure effective communication with the General Manager, Department Managers, Supervisors, and Staff.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned.
  • Job Duties
  • Welcoming guests and escorting them to tables while maintaining hotel service standards.
  • Preparing the restaurant for service and maintaining cleanliness.
  • Recording and confirming reservations according to department standards.
  • Monitoring guest needs and all operational phases.
  • Requirements
  • Minimum one year of experience in the Restaurant / Food and Beverage field.
  • Ability to communicate with guests, management, and co-workers effectively.
  • High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
  • ServSafe and/or food safety training.
  • Alcohol awareness training (such as TIPS).
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
  • Knowledge of local activities and attractions suitable for clientele.
