Job Summary

This Crystal Production Specialist role involves working in a laboratory environment under a microscope. The successful candidate will be responsible for Mounting Quartz Blanks to Crystal Bases, Resistance Welding mounts to bases, Lapping and Polishing crystal blanks, and working independently.

About the Role
  • Mount Quartz Blanks to Crystal Bases: Ensure precise alignment and secure attachment of quartz blanks to crystal bases.
  • Resistance Welding: Apply resistance welding techniques to attach mounts to crystal bases.
  • Lapping and Polishing: Employ lapping and polishing techniques to achieve high-quality finishes on crystal blanks.
  • Microscope Work: Conduct work under a microscope with precision and accuracy.
  • Independent Work: Demonstrate ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
