Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at Enhabit Home Health & Hospice. This rewarding role involves providing physical therapy services to patients with physical impairments, aiming to improve mobility and function.


Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $ 60,000 - 90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.


Key Responsibilities
  • Examine and treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities.
  • Administer skilled care to clients requiring intermittent professional services and teach the family and other members of the health care team.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized plans of care.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Must possess a valid state driver's license.
  • Must have dependable transportation kept in good working condition.
  • Must be able to drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions.
  • Must be currently licensed in the state of employment.
