Job Summary:

As a skilled therapist, you will work closely with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized treatment plans that promote independence, mobility, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical and cognitive abilities to identify areas of strength and weakness
* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address patients' specific needs and goals
* Provide hands-on therapy sessions, including exercises, activities, and interventions to promote physical and cognitive function
* Collaborate with patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and communication
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
* Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy preferred
* State license issued by the Rhode Island Department of Health required

Work Environment and Physical Requirements:
