Corporate Lawyer Position with Transactional Expertise

Job Details:
We are seeking a skilled Corporate Lawyer to join our thriving team. This role involves advising clients on complex transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, securities law compliance, and commercial law.
The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and be licensed to practice in MA and/or NH, with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in a sophisticated corporate practice. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage internal and external client relationships effectively are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings, and securities law compliance
- Assist with entity formation and related state and federal securities laws
- Manage client relationships and provide excellent representation and service
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and licensure in MA and/or NH
