Senior Residential Estimator Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Residential Estimator to lead our estimating efforts in Boston. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive estimates for high-end residential construction projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction estimating, with a focus on high-end residential projects. A competitive salary of $130,000 - $160,000 per year, plus bonus, is offered.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Estimate Development: Create detailed estimates for residential construction projects, incorporating material, labor, and equipment costs.
  2. Project Oversight: Collaborate with project teams to ensure estimate accuracy and project goal alignment.
  3. Bid Package Preparation: Prepare bid packages, solicit proposals, and evaluate responses to ensure project requirements are met.
  4. Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks in estimates and present findings to senior management for review.
  5. Software Utilization: Leverage industry-standard software tools to streamline estimating processes and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience: 15+ years of experience in Construction Estimating, with a focus on high-end residential projects.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, Xactimate, and Buildertrend is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
