Strategic Sales Professional for Aerospace and Defense Solutions

As a Strategic Sales Professional for Aerospace and Defense Solutions at Butler America Aerospace, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day sales activities, managing assigned accounts, and building the funnel to meet sales objectives.
Job OverviewWe are seeking an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the aerospace and defense industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Create and execute effective marketing strategies to target both existing and new clients.
- Generate leads through research and initial contact, and work with leadership to close deals.
- Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with clients and sales executives.
- Lead the sales process from customer identification to contract negotiation, including proposal management and pricing.
- Collaborate with engineering, recruiting, and finance teams to achieve business goals.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, including revenue, bookings, and margin goals.
- Manage post-sale accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- An engineering degree or degree in business administration, sales, and marketing.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales/account management, preferably in the digital solutions space.
- Excellent self-motivation, high energy, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- The ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- U.S. citizenship.
